No stable releases are available yet.
Unstable pre-releases might be available from the nightly tarball repository if the build farm is being nice enough.
The last option is to use the Subversion repository https://catsfoot.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/catsfoot/trunk . You will then need recent versions of Autoconf and Automake.
